I’m a happy wife to a trail loving, ultra runner husband.
I’m a runner, yogi, and avid traveler.
I love to spend time outside with my family. Some of my happiest moments in life have taken place on the trail while running, racing, hiking, and walking with my children–like racing 25Ks together and sharing Swedish fish with each other along the trail.
I love to encourage people to run, especially families. Running is a lifelong activity that creates and strengthens deep relationship bonds, personal growth, confidence, self-respect, and an appreciation of the world around us. Running is inherently centering, too–opening a path to discover the authentic self and to realize what is personally most meaningful in life.
Running is life changing and inspiring, especially for kids who run and are encouraged to discover the beauty of the sport.
